Eliane leads administration and finance at Chaco Farming, overseeing the company's overall financial management: income and expense control, budget planning, and financial reporting. She also coordinates internal processes and acts as the link between the farms and the sales and purchasing side of the business.

Working closely with our customers, mainly slaughterhouses and large agricultural companies, she negotiates prices and organizes each sale, from payment to transport. With more than twelve years at the company, she brings deep experience across administrative, legal, and financial matters, and a firm commitment to working with responsibility, efficiency, and transparency.

Based at the central office in Loma Plata, Silki takes care of everything related to the company's people, from hiring and offboarding to contracts and payroll. She keeps the administrative side running and supports the teams out on the farms with the day to day paperwork.

She also maintains the cattle inventories and Excel records behind the monthly reports, and manages the flow of receipts, income, and expenses that pass on to accounting. In her roughly six years with Chaco Farming she has built a well rounded view of how administration and human resources come together in an agricultural business.

An agricultural engineer born and raised in the Paraguayan Chaco, Sandro manages Estancia Ganadera Doña Diana in the department of Boquerón. He oversees a breeding and fattening operation built around planted pastures, divided into fifty hectare paddocks through which the herds are rotated continuously.

His focus is cattle raised entirely on grass, in harmony with the surrounding nature. From the yearly pregnancy checks on the heifers to the calving season and the weaning of calves at nine to ten months, Sandro keeps the herd's cycle running steadily, with shade and fresh water available around the clock.

Roberto manages Estancia B&B, the largest of the Chaco Farming properties, a landscape of planted pasture, cultivated land, and a large expanse of untouched native forest. He is responsible for the day to day running of the ranch and the wellbeing of its cattle.

Water is at the heart of how the estancia works, and Roberto oversees the system that makes it possible: an Australian tank that collects and stores water, then distributes it by gravity to the drinking troughs, so the animals have fresh water available twenty-four hours a day.
